In any case, the processing of your data carried out on the basis of the owner’s legitimate interest takes place in compliance with the provisions of art. 6, paragraph 1, letter f of the GDPR.

4. Processing methods.

In case of opposition, the Data will no longer be processed, provided that there are no legitimate reasons to proceed with the processing that prevail over the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subjects, or for the assessment, exercise or defense of a right in court.

10. Right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor.
